Job Scope

• To attend to all walk-in, phone-in, mail-in and email enquiries about The One Academy's courses
• To support in attending schools visiting to The One Academy premises, give career talk presentation on The One Academy's courses and career opportunities.
• To provide responsive sales support to the company at key enrolment time throughout the year in order to increase student recruitment and achieve group sales target.
• To support in the development of lead and sales targets for specific target markets and be responsible for achieving those targets.
• To participate and be on duty for local and international education fairs/events.
• To plan and propose school visits for Peninsular and East Malaysia according to the territories assigned.

Core Competency Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Tertiary education qualification with 2 years working experience.
• Prior experience in planning & implementing student activities, welfare services, interaction with immigration and government sector will be added advantage.
• Possess mature & pleasant disposition and good communication skills (English & Mandarin).

Job Scope

• To assist in operations mainly in organizing and executing tasks related to student welfare. This ranges from hostel viewing, hostel check in/out, transportation facilities, tenancy agreement, leasing, maintenance and other related matters.
• To ensure that all the hostel documents and correspondences including tenancy agreement, leasing, maintenance and other related matters are updated and filed systematically.
• To monitor and train hostel wardens.
• To provide counseling advice to student and parents on Hostel matters.
• To provide schedule for Shuttle Service.
• Provide a locker key to student/staff upon request.
• To provide full support in all coordination, administration and operation work to ensure success of induction program, graduation ceremony, student development and training, and other assigned functions/projects.
• To support on Airport Pickup & Medical Checkup for International Students when needed.
• To assist on Alumni matters.

Job Scope

• Act as the primary liaison for all related academic collaborations, activities, events and issues, strengthening relationships with affiliated overseas universities and their representatives.
• To handle on collaboration agreement with affiliated overseas universities.
• Manage matters related to policy, official documentation and credit transfer for both local and international academic affairs.
• Coordinating interview sessions and promotional talks for visiting international and external guests.
• Provide promotional briefings and counselling sessions to students and graduates interested in overseas studies.
• Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with affiliated universities and overseas study advisory bureaus.

About the Job

Your role will be focusing on research, teaching and external engagement in digital media design and creative technologies, within the Faculty of Digital Media Design. This will include the delivery of an innovative, high-quality educational programme that meets the needs of undergraduate students, industry and professional groups.

Key Accountabilities

• 1. Research
• Plan and undertake research and/or professional practice in Digital Media Design and/or related disciplines.
• Access and contribute to research of learning and teaching in Digital Media Design and/or related disciplines.
• Contribute to the research and reputation of the School at a faculty, institutional, national and/or international level.
• Engage with relevant external individuals or groups to maintain professional currency, inform our thinking and create opportunities in relation to research and professional practices.(additional tasks for Senior Lecturer):

• 2. Teaching
